This 70 000 seater facility was specialy designed as a multi-purpose venu.A 350 m arch ,160 m above the pitch was created .The two legs of the arch on the southern side of the stadium come together to form a single footing on the northern side,representing the new unity of the country which was once devided,a cable car is also integrated in the arch for panoramic viewing of the shore line and city.
