The most simplest way for you to send your enquiry to us is using our enquiry system order online:As you browse our product pages, select the interested in items, click the "Contact us" button, then you can fill with the required filed columns as detailed as possible, we will have our relative sale specialist reply to your enquiry within 24 hours.
Also you can send your enquiry by Email, Phone or Fax.
In order to let you know more about the order procedure in our company and make your deal more smoothly, we are now listing some order regulation for you reference:
1. How could I get samples?
We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars .If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
3. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email or contact form for our price list and order information.
4. How to place an order?
By the buy now button in our store or send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes !
We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
7. What's your usual payment term for orders?
We accept:
1). Western Union payment, (special for urgent and critical order)
2). L/C payment for bulk order, (this will depend on the order status)
3). All major Credit Card payment, Paypal payment(special for VIP clients, new clients can be depent on the order status)
